These delegations are from countries attending training camps organized by the Conference of Ministers of Youth and Sports of the Francophonie (CONFEJES) before the official start of the games. Teams from Togo, Burkina Faso, Benin, Chad, Niger, Congo Brazzaville, and Côte-d’Ivoire have arrived and are accommodated at the Games Village at the University of Kinshasa (UNIKIN).

Media and individuals are strictly prohibited from accessing the Village with filming equipment or using smartphones to film without prior authorization from the National Committee for the Francophonie Games. The committee denounces the spread of misleading images on social media and warns of potential legal action against those responsible. The committee is working diligently to ensure the successful hosting of the Francophonie Games in Kinshasa.
